By providing the information and submitting the form, the Sender acknowledges that the Company, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, processes and collects the Sender’s personal data for the purpose of executing the contract and these Terms. The Sender is entitled to all rights under the Act, particularly the right to access and correct data. The Sender explicitly consents to the Company collecting and processing their name, telephone number, and email address, primarily for client records and for sending communications regarding Nolimits’ activities via SMS and email. The Sender consents to the receipt of commercial communications; should the Sender wish to withdraw this consent or prefer a specific form of communication, they shall notify the Company in writing.
