Combination Sauna
Finnish or infrared...?
Each has its own unique benefits, and we offer both. Finnish sauna with an ideal temperature between 80 °C and 100 °C and red-hot stones ready to be doused with water. Infrared sauna uses infrared radiation that penetrates deep into the tissues (up to 4 cm), where it is converted into heat. Because it warms the body directly, a lower ambient temperature (45–60 °C) is sufficient.
